Maremma Toscana Vermentino d.o.c. ‘Croce di Poggioferro’
Produced with hand-picked grapes, selected, immediately cooled after the harvest and then placed in the press, where they remain for a few hours.
The must obtained rests for about 48 hours in settling before being racked, cleared of lees, and placed to ferment at a controlled temperature.
Aromas of wild herbs, hay, and yellow fruit. Flavors of apricots and honey. Slightly salty finish that reminds us of the Tuscan coast. Varietal character and great territorial expression.
