Morellino di Scansano d.o.c.g. ‘DùGalli’
This wine best embodies our production philosophy.
It is crafted by blending the juice of grapes fermented in stainless steel tanks with that of grapes—including some whole clusters—fermented in open, uncoated concrete vats (palmenti). The fermentation is initiated with a pied de cuvée, and nothing else is added to the grapes.
The result is an easy-drinking wine characterized by balanced, rich, and smooth tannins, vibrant berry flavors, and appealing ripe, red berry aromas.
'DùGalli' is incredibly versatile, pairing wonderfully with everything from simple bread and cheese to more substantial game dishes.
